Dolby Atmos is an immersive audio format that provides a compelling listener experience by surrounding the listener with sound. In addition to the traditional 5.1 or 7.1 surround setups, Atmos introduces height channels to enable sound from above to increase aural envelopment. These are represented by the 4 at the end of 7.1.4.
