The AES 2022 Conference highlighted players at the forefront of in-car audio and entertainment. One of our Dolby Immersive Lab vehiclesdemonstrated Dolby Atmos in the car for attendees and we hosted a panel discussion on the topic of immersive in-car entertainment. The panel included industry experts from Dolby, Fraunhofer, Audi, Panasonic, and Media Hyperium.

Dolby's Director of Automotive, Andreas Ehret, also presented one of the keynote speeches at the conference, highlighting the industry momentum toward adopting immersive audio experiences in cars and considerations for furthering the enablement of this technology.

Dolby hosted the panel "Making Immersive Audio in Cars a Reality" with experts across the content and car audio ecosystems. Panelists discussed immersive audio industry trends, ecosystem collaboration, implementation best practices, and the importance of maintaining artistic intent.
