It’s now official! As reported back in April, the Polish Ministry of Digitization has mandated AC-4 as the only Next Generation Audio standard. This legally binding legislation makes AC-4 mandatory for all UHD receivers and DD+ mandatory for all HD receivers. The legislation goes into effect starting December 1, 2019.
